30-Day Return Policy

Returns Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at fridaywonders.help@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations are only possible before an order has been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
